SPANISH AMERICAN COMMITTEE GALA FUNDRAISER TO FEATURE “QUEEN OF MERENGUE” MILLY QUEZADA

The Spanish American Committee (SAC) is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Noche de Gala fundraiser – “Noche de Gala Tropical!”

The Gala will take place Friday, November 20 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel
(24 Public Square), from 6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

It will feature Latin Grammy award-winning artist, Milly Quezada and her orchestra. The Gala will also include a VIP Reception and Dinner, Evening Dance (with light meal), silent auction, prize drawings, and more. Proceeds will directly support Spanish American Committee programs and services.

Tickets to Noche de Gala Tropical are $55 (for admission to the Evening Dance that includes a light meal) and $150 (includes admission to the VIP Dinner and Evening Dance). Founded in 1966, The Spanish American Committee, for a better community, Corporation, (here forth “Committee”) is the oldest and largest community based organization in the state of Ohio offering bilingual programs and services. The Committee is an United Way community partner agency, an affiliate member of the National Council of La Raza, and a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Site. For over 43 years, the Committee has offered programs and services consistent with the demands of our consumers, focusing in five core program areas: Family Support, Early Childhood Enrichment, Employment and Training, Pre to Post Homeownership, and Educational Training. They currently serve over 7500 clients a year, 80% of whom are of Hispanic/Latino decent, 10% African American, 5% Caucasian, and 5% other,
