The main purpose of the Plazas Comunitarias, as a program developed by the Mexican Government, is to provide Mexicans living abroad the opportunity to begin or continue their
education. Plaza Comunitaria programs offer the opportunity for youth and adults to have
literacy courses and to start or continue their elementary, middle and high school education in
Spanish. Every student who completes his or her education under this program gets a certificate
provided by the Mexican Ministry of Education and is prepared to present the GED successfully.

Your presence at community events is fundamental to the Latino community, as it shows your support in continuing the economic and social development of our community.
