National Youth Advocate Program- Bilingual Licensing Coordinator (Assessor) - Monday, September 9, 2019

Compensation: $50,000

Hours: Full Time

Job Description: Support the development of potential foster parents in understanding the needs of the youth entering foster care. • Responsible for the knowledge and implementation of all rules, regulations, and policies related to foster care. • Complete face-to-face meetings with each potential family within the first two weeks to answer questions and assist in the licensing process. • Assist all potential foster families in providing all required information and completing required paperwork in a timely manner. • Meet with foster parents experiencing challenges in the licensing process to identify and assist in overcoming barriers. • Develop a comprehensive home study for each potential family and submit for approval. • Maintain and update all foster home records in appropriate systems. • Provide ongoing training and support to licensed foster homes. • Complete annual evaluations and recertification of all licensed foster homes. • Support foster parents including providing information, education, meetings, support groups, and one on one discussions.

National Youth Advocate Program- Program Director - Monday, September 9, 2019

Job Description: Provide administration coordination for program contracts while aggressively seeking the growth and expansion in the local market(s) through relationships with key stakeholders. • Maintain productivity standards on a monthly basis. • Makes public appearances and presentations as requested. • Work collaboratively with other NYAP programs and staff throughout the organization. • Sign off on all required reports as well as submitting the reports for processing according to agency policy. • Submit regular reports to the CEO or Designee. • Maintains ongoing contact with partner agency through personal visits, phone calls, and written communication to assure that positive relationships exist and customer service needs are met. • Directs continuous quality improvement efforts to assure that service quality and reporting meet contract requirements, internally established measures and outcomes, and standards of regulatory bodies. • Responsible for program operations including processes and procedures to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. • Responsible for fiscal outcomes of program. • Perform all duties in accordance with personnel policies and the program’s fiscal guidelines

Bus Operator – Transportation Operates a motor vehicle safely and courteously, transporting customers over the various lines in COTA's system. Provides the highest levels of customer service to COTA passengers (customers). Performs work in accordance with operating rules and regulations. Position is union represented. Pay Rate: $13.52 during 8 weeks of training; $18.52 after training

IT Intern – Information Technology Closes September 6th , 2019 Performs supportive work under the direction of COTA's Information Technology team. Responsibilities may vary with intent to develop new skills and have the opportunity to apply their education to the workplace. The Information Technology Intern will be responsible for assisting the Information Technology staff with first-hand practice in web development, system engineering, remote desktop work, and system development in all facets of COTA. In addition, the Information Technology Intern will have direct involvement in various projects throughout the year. Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Network Engineer – Information Technology Closes September 6th , 2019 Performs professional work in network planning, redesign, and engineering of the Authority's enterprise network. Also, responsible for administration of the Telecommunications (Tcom) system, internet accessibility, and business critical applications and processes. Pay Rate: $69,362 - $90,170

Operations/Logistics Intern – Transit Operations Closes September 30th, 2019 Performs supportive work under the direction of Transportation. Responsibilities may vary with intent to develop new skills and have the opportunity to apply their education to the workplace. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting the Operations staff with data analysis of customer service, bus safety and on-time performance in all facets of COTA's Transit Operations. In addition, the Operations Intern will have direct involvement in various projects throughout the year aimed at the goals of assured safe, on-time, and efficient customer-oriented bus service. Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Planning Intern – Planning & Service Development Closes September 29th, 2019 Performs supportive work under the direction of the Development Division. Functions and responsibilities may vary with intent to develop new skills and have the opportunity to apply their education to the workplace. The planning intern will be responsible for assisting the planning staff in transit service planning and analyses for all facets of COTA's operations consistent with COTA's long and short range transit plans. In addition, the planning intern will have direct involvement in various planning projects throughout the year. Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Service Desk Analyst – Information Technology Closes September 6th , 2019 Performs professional work providing support on personal computer and Macintosh hardware and software to end users and providing technical assistance to staff on operating hardware and software and office peripherals. Systems Administrator – Information Technology Closes September 6th , 2019 Performs professional work in the setup and system maintenance of COTA's network and back office server systems. Also responsible for supporting network operating systems, network documentation, and maintaining network resources exchange.
