Position- Sr. Purchasing Coordinator

Compensation- $20.34 Hourly

Hours- M - F 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

Description- The primary purpose of the Sr. Purchasing Coordinator classification is to prepare Invitations to Bid (ITBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) to procure various goods and services using specifications, knowledge of industry trends, state and county regulations, policies and procedures.

Ohio Casino Control Commission Gaming Enforcement Supervisor - Monday, November 30, 2020

Position- Gaming Enforcement Supervisor - Law Enforcement

Compensation- $40.99 hourly

Hours- 40 hours a week M-F

Description- Under the direction of the Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) Director of Enforcement, is responsible for supervision of all agents/investigators who are involved in conducting investigations of crimes committed on casino property (e.g., patron-related crimes, inside crimes committed by casino employees, money laundering, theft, etc.) as assigned; reviews investigative reports & case files to ensure completeness prior to court dates & for inclusion for detailed monthly & annual reports; evaluates & updates policies & procedures, etc.  Supervises staff; administers performance evaluations, authorizes leave time & overtime, makes recommendations for discipline, promotion, hiring, firing, transfers, etc., oversees staffing, scheduling, investigative case plans, communication with casino management, etc. Reviews, evaluates & forwards criminal intelligence data submitted by Gaming Enforcement Agents, Investigators, & outside law enforcement agencies (city, county, state & federal) for purpose of target selection, case development , planning, etc.; approves various actions by agents (e.g., undercover special investigations, search warrant executions, etc.), directs manpower requirements, temporary assignments, responsible for monitoring & maintaining electronic equipment. Assists supervisor & Director of Enforcement Division in formulating & implementing Enforcement Division policy/procedures & standard operating manual changes; makes recommendations, writes proposed language, explains changes/new policies to staff, etc.  Participates in selection process; interviews potential staff members, recommends applicant selections, conducts background investigations on applicants, etc.  Maintains proficiency in use of firearm & self-defense, provides back-up to other gaming staff by performing agent/investigator duties on an as needed basis. Franklin County Clerk of Courts Office of Maryellen O'Shaughnessy Customer Service Specialist - Monday, November 23, 2020

Position- Customer Service Specialist

Compensation- $15.00 per hour

Description- Provides assistance and informational services to customers, in person or by telephone, regarding the issuance of legal documents, court filings, notary requirements, verification of legal documents submitted by customer, processing transactions, and determining authenticity of documentation. Approves all E-File documents and verifies the contents of the documents. Acts as cashier to accept and validate money from payment of fees as required for various transactions, balances cash drawer, and maintains daily records of all transactions.

Wright State University Assistant/Associate/Professor and HPM Program Director - Monday, November 16, 2020

Position- Assistant/Associate/Professor and HPM Program Director

Compensation- Negotiable

Hours- M-F 8-5

Description- The Department of Geriatrics at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine is seeking a dynamic community focused, scholarship interested, education oriented, faculty physician to become the Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Fellowship Director. Board Certification in HPM is required, with Board Certification in Geriatric Medicine preferred. The HPM Fellowship Director maintains developmental and directorial responsibility of the ACGME accredited programming while partaking in departmental organization, curriculum development, recruitment, mentorship, professional development, teaching, research and clinical activities. As a member of the Geriatric faculty, the HPM Fellowship Director will support and enhance HPM and Geriatric Medicine services that include a broad spectrum of patient care needs, clinical research initiatives, undergraduate medical education and graduate medical education for GME and UME learning experiences.
