The Mission of Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center is to be the caring hands of Jesus to provide medical care and health education to those with needs.
Description of Services:
We serve adult poor and working poor individuals without health insurance in the Greater Columbus area.
We accept people who have no insurance and are at 200% of poverty level.
We provide some free medications available through the Drug Repository program of the Franklin County group of the Ohio Association of Free Clinics.
TB testing for people going back to work or school who cannot afford this test at other locations. Cost is $5 cash only. Test given by RN on Wednesdays between 10 am and 2 pm first come first serve.
List of services: Benefit Bank Services for public services, free tax assistance through OBB, basic medical care, nutrition counseling, dental referrals, vision referrals, social services, specialty referrals, patient education, spiritual counseling, work physicals (must provide employer physical form), diabetes testing, lab work as ordered by Helping Hands physicians, prescription medications and counseling as ordered by Helping Hands physicians.
