Mission Statement:
The Birchard Public Library of Sandusky County is a free public library which seeks to meet the information, education, and recreation needs of the residents of Sandusky County, to provide easy and equal access* to these materials in their variety of forms, and to develop broad community awareness of the Library and its services.

Computer Classes. Literacy Services. Library Tours. Online Services. Voter Registration. Tax Forms and Instructions Available. Children Services/Adult Services speakers and tours. Online Spanish Media Search Catalogue. There are also various other branches steming from this main Library: Woodville (located at 101 E Main St, in Woodville Ohio); Gipson (located at 100 N Webster Street, in Gipson Ohio); and Greensville (located at 217 N Broad Street, in Greensville Ohio).
